If you receive a wrong product or a damaged product, you can raise a refund request within 24 hours of delivery.
Once we verify the issue, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 days.

If you receive a wrong product or a damaged product, you can raise a return request within 1–2 days of delivery.
After verification, the return will be processed, and the product will be returned within 5–7 days.
Exchange or Replacement Policy
If you receive a wrong product or a damaged product, you can request an exchange or replacement within 1–2 days of delivery.
Once we complete the verification, we will provide the exchange or replacement within 2–3 days.
Cancellation Policy
